14-Day Easy Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Return
- Email support@getmod.com with your order number and reason
- We'll send you a return address and instructions
- Ship the item back to us
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Just mention it in your email and we'll arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.
